Over at the blog, a new post on the difference between 5 dance styles, that are often confused with hip hop dance. It was a great way to introduce people and get some info out on the different dance styles.

"up" style, "down" style, and "reverse".

Just cranked out a new post on the health benefits of hip hop dancing for those interested. It could just save your health (especially all you office workers) as I know most of the people in my office are dying by the end of the week with neck and back pain.

One of my first classes at hip hop and I learnt the Steve Martin dance.
It was pretty sweet, but a little bit complicated...and i'll definitely cover it over at the blog when I get the encyclopedia fully up and running.
